Our signature food line brings a savory hickory-smoked flavor from our Southern Pride smoked meats alongside complimentary side-dishes, made with traditional amish-mennonite flavors woven throughout. This unique composition of perfectly seasoned meats, homemade sides, sauces and salads speaks to the years of experience Kickin’ Kater has invested into creating the perfect meal experience for you and your guests. There’s no celebration, picnic, banquet or wedding that’s too large or too small that will not be considered by our team!
What We Do
We provide different levels of service, allowing you to be in control of your budget, and how involved you would like us to be — from food preparation, to delivery, or inviting our staff to stay on site to help take the stress out of your day. Our “Buffet-Style” approach to serving allows your guests to fill their plates quickly, with a team of experienced staff on-site to keep food replenished, taste-buds happy, and warm service and hospitality when it matters most.
We Offer 3 Levels of Catering Services
Full Catering Service
Our premium catering service means less stress for you! This is our top of the line service which includes our preparation, transportation & buffet style serving of the food.
What all is included with full catering?
- Transportation of Food & Services within a 50 mile radius. (fees apply thereafter)
- Serving Equipment: chafing pans, drink dispensers, food serving tables & linens for the buffet line only. (guest tables & linens not included)
- Buffet Line Setup Prior to Event
- Serve Staff on site through duration of meal & food clean up.
Catering Drop Off -or- Pickup Services
- Food Drop Off Service
Our food drop off service allows you to focus on what is important to you... while we get to do what we love! If you don't have the time to pick up the food, we will deliver it right to your venue.
A designated person or persons will need to be available to receive the food and responsible for your event’s set-up. Kickin’ Kater is only responsible to prepare and deliver the food.
- Food Pick Up Service
You love the food, but are willing to do some of the work? Then this option is for you! All you gotta do is stop by our kitchen to pick up the food -- we'll be happy to make it for you!
How does the food arrive for delivery -or- pickup services?
Option 1:
The food will arrive heated in insulated food boxes. These specially designed boxes will keep the food steaming hot up to 4 hours if the lids remain in place, giving your event flexibility. The lids can be removed, and food can be served directly from the containers. We recommend this option for events that will need the food held for periods longer than 1.5 hour from time of food arrival to your event.
* Customer responsible to return insulated boxes to us within 1 week of event.
Option 2:
The food will arrive in a disposable corrugated catering food box. These specially designed boxes will keep the food steaming hot for up to 1.5 hours. When the lid is lifted, food can be served directly from the box. We recommend this option for events that will be eating directly after the arrival of food to your event.
There is no need to return any items to our location.
